Remarks: This was the first volume which was actually called 'Astronomisch-Geodätisches Jahrbuch'. It was, however, essentially the third volume of the series 'Astronomisch-Geodätisches Jahrbuch'. The two former volumes of the series were called 'Astronomisches Jahrbuch'.

The preface of this volume gave the following statement:
The "Astronomisch-Geodätisches Jahrbuch" stellt eine Erweiterung des bisher vom Astronomischen Rechen-Institut [Heidelberg] herausgegebenen Astronomischen Jahrbuchs dar.
