| Abstract: | Distances and upper limits for transverse velocities derived from Pesch's data (1972) for a sample of low-velocity red dwarfs are compared with the data of the McCormick stars (Vyssotsky et al., 1943, 1946, 1952, 1956). There is a discrepancy of velocity dispersions still unexplained. |
